Join us for a Chocolate Truffle Workshop where you will learn the art of making these rich, bite-sized confections. First you'll learn how to make ganache—the melt-in-your mouth filling found inside truffles. Next you'll learn and practice making both molded and rolled techniques for completing your truffles. We supply all materials, ingredients, step-by-step instructions and guidance. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in at the store.

Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages to enjoy during the workshop.
